Gary Sloug of Troy OH was the guy that owned that Harley. I think it was a
'71 or '72. The bike to the left was my '76 Red GL-1000 (see below).
In 1983 I traded up to a '83 Wineberry Aspencade. In 1986 I bought
a '86 SE-i Beige Aspencade and finally in late 1991 I bought a new '92 Red
Aspencade (which I still ride). My '92 Red Aspencade was the first red 1500
in the city of Dayton and Troy Ohio. I went to the NC rally in Cherokee in
1991 and there was only three red 1500s that I say. The crowds gathered
around to see the NEW Honda red GW.
